Supply, Delivery & Support of ICT Services  in Utilities

A large utilities operator with facilities across Southern Australia engaged Progility Technologies (Progility) for installation support and maintenance across numerous sites for communication systems comprising of radio, PABX, Power Station Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Fibre Optic Cabling, Mine Spread Spectrum Radio Systems, Mine Global Positioning Systems (GPS) base stations, wireless local area networks, fibre optic control system networks and all dual and single channel voice over IP (VoIP) communications.  

Progility is also responsible for: 

  • Service level agreements (SLAs) with support on initial calls and escalation through resident staff/engineers on mine sites performing routine maintenance as well as attending to reactive support issues. 
  • Providing an Account Team comprised of Account Manager, Project Manager and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) providing and reporting on any strategic improvements as well as recommendations on innovative and emerging technologies.
